Placing an order

An order becomes a contract only after your payment is received and confirmed by us. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example the item is out of stock), we cancel it and refund you in full.

Prices and currency

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are shown in the format RM 79.00. The product price does not include the shipping fee; the shipping fee for your state is shown before payment. Duties and taxes are prepaid by us.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. Your order is confirmed only after we have verified the payment with PayPal — a success page in your browser alone is not treated as proof of payment.

Coupons

Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if we detect misuse or resale.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers or events outside our control.

Orders we may refuse

We may cancel and refund an order that looks fraudulent, abusive or clearly mistaken — for example an address that cannot be delivered to, an invalid phone number, or repeated refund abuse from the same buyer — and we may refuse further orders from that buyer.
