UGOHOT is an online store shipping everyday gadgets to customers across Malaysia. We keep a tight product range, show the shipping fee up front, and answer after-sales questions ourselves.

How we work

• Products are sourced from vetted suppliers and shipped straight to you with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• Shipping to West Malaysia costs RM 8.00 and takes about 5-10 working days; shipping to East Malaysia costs RM 18.00 and takes about 7-15 working days. Both are written on the product page and in the cart, so you see them before you pay.
• Every payment is verified with PayPal before the order is confirmed, and every order is recorded in our own system so you can ask us about it at any time.
• Support answers in English, Malay or Chinese on WhatsApp 【WhatsApp 号码】.

What we stand behind

• 14 calendar days from delivery to report a problem; if the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, or the parcel was lost, we refund you in full, including the shipping fee.
• To report a problem, send your order number, plus a photo or short video for damaged or wrong items. We check the tracking record first, and if the item has to be sent back, our support team tells you who pays the postage.
